The University of Bahrain has joined the National Suggestions and Complaints System ‘Tawasul’.

The university coordinated with the Information and Electronic Government Authority (iGA) to have access to the system in a bid to reach out to people and health remarks and opinions to submit their proposals.

The university’s accession to Tawasul system contributes to further enhancing performance, providing high quality services and working to quickly resolve all incoming observations.
