What is the range of your virtual classes / learning?

Little Wonders Preschool Bahrain’s online learning is based on developmental goals as per the British EYFS curriculum and includes:

• Online daily live Zoom sessions
• Daily and weekly learning challenges
• Daily recorded storybook readings
• Weekly activity packs with different work for each day

What are the facilities available in your school? Please distinguish between Ministry mandated facilities and extra facilities.

• Large indoor playground
• Multiple outdoor playgrounds, including sand play area, gardening area, playground, and cycling area

What coronavirus (COVID-19) initiatives have you implemented?

Temperature check daily for students and staff

• Full-time Nurse on site
• Complete cleaning of play areas between classes, no cross contamination between classes.
• Children only play with other children from their classrooms
• One nanny in each class for maintaining cleanliness and providing assistance.

How can parents ensure that their children are safe in school?

• Low student to faculty ratios
• Minimum of two staff with any group of children
• Classrooms have two qualified teachers, one teacher’s assistant and a class nanny.
• Video surveillance of entire campus and classrooms
• Full-time nurse onsite, separate nurse clinic with bed.
• Teachers and staff are CPR and First Aid trained

Are you a preschool or a daycare provider?

We are a preschool following the British EYFS curriculum and provide daycare after school until 5 pm daily.

What qualifications do your teachers have?

Our English teachers are trained and qualified to teach the British Early Years Foundation stage curriculum and also go through our own training program which includes a course in teaching with a Montessori teaching approach.

What is the experience of your teachers?

All our teachers have a minimum of 5 years experience teaching in their age groups.

Do you have a school App for parents?

Yes, there is a school app for communication with parents and also to share the development of their child based on the various areas and stages of development as per the British EYFS curriculum.

Are your teachers native English and Arabic speakers?

All our English teachers are native English-speaking, primarily from the United Kingdom, and most of our Arabic teachers are Bahraini.

Do you provide Day care of early start?

We offer early drop off and daycare until 5 pm.
