How can students apply for Tamkeen’s work ethic development scheme?

A9eel is an in-school program launched by Tamkeen in 2009 as part of its work readiness and corporate culture scheme.

When joining A9eel, students will receive the skills required to prepare themselves for the workforce. They will also learn how to develop a positive work attitude, participate in exciting creative projects and lead by example.

What is included in A9eel’s curriculum?

A9eel’s curriculum tackles 7 crucial behavioral values related to the working environment. The values are: positivity, reliability, professionalism, initiative, integrity, respect, and gratitude.

Who can participate?

Secondary school students between 15-18 years of age can participate in the program. Make sure to ask your school if they will be providing the A9eel program, as registration is facilitated by the schools.

How can students keep updated with their progress?

Upon joining the program, students will be provided with a username and password which will allow them to track their progress, as well as receive their teacher’s feedback. Students will also be able to view their program schedule, initiate group conversations and explore other tools that will assist them throughout the program.

What will students receive upon completion?

Upon the completion of the program, students will receive a certificate of completion, trophies, and gifts for the winning schools.
