The school’s PE department will be hosting a whole school ‘Wake and Shake’ activity to promote the benefits of physical activity on positive mental health.

On Tuesday 8 February, the School will incorporate Safer Internet Day into the week’s activities to explore the effects of gaming and online safety on a young person’s mental health. This event is a continuation of St Christopher’s commitment to supporting the wellbeing and mental health of our students and the whole School community.
