St Christopher’s School will mark Children’s Mental Health week with a week of events commencing Sunday, 6 February until Thursday, 10 February 2022.
The purpose of the event is to raise awareness of the many aspects of our lifestyle that contribute to both positive and negative mental health conditions.
The following guest speakers will deliver talks to staff, students and parents across the week:
The school’s PE department will be hosting a whole school ‘Wake and Shake’ activity to promote the benefits of physical activity on positive mental health.
On Tuesday 8 February, the School will incorporate Safer Internet Day into the week’s activities to explore the effects of gaming and online safety on a young person’s mental health. This event is a continuation of St Christopher’s commitment to supporting the wellbeing and mental health of our students and the whole School community.
